Scott Johnson
Scott Johnson, our Founder, has over 40 years experience in promotional marketing. In the early 70's he started in the warehouse of a promotional fulfillment center. Upon graduating from college, he was recruited and began his professional career in Sales & Marketing with Shell Oil Company. Scott quickly rose within Shell to become the Retail Sales Manager before the age of 30, never before accomplished. Scott realized that he would excel more by being his own boss, left Shell and opened his own promotion agencies: Marketing Services International (MSI) and Premium Incentives, Inc. (PI). MSI focused on promotional merchandise for Fortune 500 companies and PI focused on representing Sony Electronics within the premium and incentive channels.

In 1999, with the explosion of the Internet, Scott exchanged MSI for the launch of an internet service platform for all promotional merchandise companies. With the turn of the century, The Logo Network was born. From providing website marketing for 1 promotional company to over 3,000 in a couple of years. Just recently, 2010, Scott received an offer to sell his Internet business to an overseas competitor. Today, Scott is sharing his experiences, knowledge and advice with the new professionals entering the promotional marketplace.
Robert L. Hechler
Robert L. Cliff Quicksell, Jr., MAS
Cliff Quicksell, Jr., MAS has been involved in the promotional marketing and sportswear industries for the past twenty-five years. During this tenure, he has achieved the MAS professional designation, Master Advertising Specialist.
He has been actively involved in PPAI, the International Trade Association for the Promotional Products Industry, serving on various committees, as a facilitator at all PPAI & ASI shows, and as a member of PPAI’s Ambassadors Speakers Bureau for over fifteen years.
Cliff's passion for education and training is exemplified by his having served five terms as the education chairperson for the regional trade association CPPA of Maryland.Cliff has been the proud recipient of numerous awards. Recognized by PPAI for creativity, he has won the prestigious PPAI Golden Pyramid award 14 consecutive times. He also won PPAI's Ambassador Speaker of the Year Award for 6 consecutive years. And in 1997 he was an inaugural recipient of PPAI’s Distinguished Service Award. In addition, in 2001, Cliff was named one of top 6 industry speakers and trainers. Cliff was featured as having a significant influence in education as published in the book, PPAI at 100. In 2004 he was recognized by Counselor Magazine as one of the Top 50 Most Influential People in the Promotional Products Industry.

Paul A. Kiewiet MAS CIP

Paul, a former chairman of the Promotional Products Association International, is an international speaker, writer, coach and facilitator. He earned the Master Advertising Specialist from PPAI and the Certified Incentive Professional designation from the Association of Incentive Marketing. Paul is also a Certified Life Coach from Fowler Wainwright International Institute of Professional Coaching. He's the winner of six Golden Pyramid Awards from PPAI for creativity and results and has received two ASI Spirit Awards including Marketer of the Year. His magazine articles were recognized with the EXCEL Award from the Society of Non-Profit Association Publications, a Golden Key Award from the Incentive Manufacturers Representatives Association, President's Award from National Premium Sales Executives, and has been inducted into the Michigan Promotional Professionals Association Hall of Fame.
Prior to founding Promotion Concepts, Inc. in 1982, Paul worked in the point of purchase merchandising, outdoor advertising and radio advertising and production disciplines. He has created sales promotion, marketing, incentive and merchandising campaigns for some of America's finest and most valuable brands including Kellogg's, Coca-Cola, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Borden, Elmer's, Krylon, Kroger, Wal-Mart,DowBrands, Tobler-Suchard, Andes Candies, Mentos,Soup Starter, Wyler's, Realemon, Hush Puppies, Rocky Shoes and Boots and RainDance. He sold Promotion Concepts in 2005 and has focused on people performance, leadership, corporate social responsibility and industry growth issues. He has reached millions of marketing professionals emphasizing the importance of connecting with important values in order to create value in the marketplace. From Bogotå to Beijing, Dusseldorf and to hundreds of audiences around the country, Kiewiet is in high demand as a speaker, coach and consultant. Paul lives in the South Loop of Chicago and enjoys biking, running, music, arts and Lake Michigan. He's completed nineteen 26.2 mile marathons. He has climbed 103 floors up Willis Tower, the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere and is preparing for a Warrior Dash through mud, fire and pain this summer.

Marsha Londe

Prior to starting Tango Partners, Marsha Londe spent 25 years on the distributor side honing her creative and selling skills, garnering 24 national awards for the creative use of products to drive results. Marsha writes for industry magazines, conducts webinars, and teaches classes regionally and nationally.
Marsha was in the inaugural class honoring industry women who “broke through the glass ceiling” with their contributions. PPAI recognized her as a “Best Boss” for her tenure as Vice President of the promotional product division of a top 15 Distributor firm.
