The Product

| Uploading a new product to your LogoStudio - |

Product images should be .jpg format,
72 dpi (low resolution) and sized to 200 x 200 pixels, and located
in a folder on your computers' hard drive that you can easily locate. Start by clicking on the Browse button at the right of the Product Image box. A choose file window opens and allows you to locate your image file. Click on the image file,and then the Open button. This fills in Product Image box. |
| Adding Product Descriptions - |

Fill in all the information
for Line Name, Brand, Item Number, and Product Name (max-25 characters).
In the Product Description box, it’s best to enter product features
in bullet-point format. i.e. • High-quality materials; • Holds 12 quarts; etc Please DO NOT enter available sizes for apparel here, a separate page exists for this information.Three category drop-down boxes are available for selecting categories applicable to the product. At least one must be selected, but feel free to select three for each |
| Color and Imprint Area Details Section - |

The large box to the right of the
product image is the Color Match Box. Click inside the box on the
color area that most closely matches the product color of the uploaded
item. The smaller box above should match the product color. Click on the ADD IMPRINT AREA box. While holding down the left mouse button, highlight the product’s imprint area. As you release the left mouse button, the imprint area can now be adjusted by dragging the sides or corners of the imprint area box. When satisfied with the imprint area size, click on the SAVE button. The next page appears. |

(This page appears only if “Wearable?” was checked “YES” on the first page) Fill in the appropriate fields that apply to the item.In the "SIZING AVAILABLE" box, hold down the CTRL key on the keyboard and click on those sizes that apply. Click on the UPDATE PRODUCT button to proceed to the final page. |

Check the box next to the color
square. Go to the Add New Pricing Tier section and complete the Quantity Range boxes, Retail Cost box and discount Code box. Also complete the Setup and Running charge boxes for decorating the item. By clicking the ADD TIER button, the first price column is added. The Product Pricing Tiers section now reflects the first pricing. Repeat the last step to add additional pricing levels until you have added all of the tiers needed. To complete the upload click on the Product Warehouse link in the blue column located to the left. The new product should now show up in the Product Warehouse. |
| Adding Additional Colors - |

Go the Product Warehouse. In the
header above each product you will notice the EDIT, MANAGE
COLORS, and DELETE buttons.
The EDIT button allows editing the Product Detail page. From
there, the PRICING button allows pricing
changes. (only those color box(es) that are checked will be edited)
Click the MANAGE COLORS button. By clicking on the “empty Add new color” link, a new completed product detail page opens, ready for adding the new item. Click on the “Browse” button to locate the image of the new color. Click the Upload Product button to continue. Select the appropriate color and imprint area as before. Click in the “Save” button to continue. The final page appears with the pricing information equal to the first uploaded product. Nothing needs to be done to this page, unless different pricing applies. The additional color has been added to the Product Warehouse. |
